Northeast Washington Alliance Counseling Services Recovery Residence House Manager-Davenport, WA in Davenport, Washington
Duties: Manage daily operations, ensure a safe and supportive environment, provide guidance and support to residents of the Alliance Recovery Residence. Promote and support the Social Model of Recovery throughout the Alliance Recovery Residence program. Ensure the Recovery Residence (RR's) compliance with WAQRR and NARR Program Standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have lived experience with a substance use disorder, defined as a past recipient of substance use disorder treatment services and/or other recovery programs. Must be in recovery for a minimum of 24 full months, and able to provide appropriate support services to program participants without impairing one's own ability to remain in recovery. Must obtain state certification as a Certified Peer Specialist. Be eligible for Agency Affiliated Counselor Certification or higher with the WA State Department of Health.
