Job Title: Warehouse Picker (1st Shift)

Job Description

A committed Warehouse Picker for the 1st shift is required to join our team. You will be responsible for sorting boxes and arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. Duties include picking and packing products of various sizes, ranging from handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts, using a lift. Additionally, you will use an RF scanner and be responsible for loading and unloading semi-trailers with completed pallets. The team works from Monday to Friday, from 3pm - 1:30am, with expected overtime until 2am and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Sort boxes and arrange them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators

• Pick and pack products of various sizes using a lift

• Use an RF scanner for inventory management

• Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets

We operate in a large, open facility that serves as a parts distribution center in Davenport, Iowa. Our team is diverse, coming from various backgrounds and experiences, working in an inclusive environment towards a common goal - quality. We place significant importance on high attention to detail as our performance is measured by quality standards, not productivity volume. It is crucial to avoid mix-ups, as one minor mistake can lead to a product being shipped overseas to the wrong facility. The work hours are from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday to Friday, with the expectation to work until 2am and occasional Saturdays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
