Responsibilities:

• Coordinate operations of platforms, including mobile applications and third-party vendors integration.

• Assist in planning and designing digital experiences, promoting the value of member experience in collaboration with other departments.

• Analyze and report on product performance and consumer behavior, recommending solutions to drive growth through increased product adoption and engagement.

• Provide effective tier 2 support for digital platforms and products, ensuring smooth functionality of applications.

• Perform root cause analysis and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention.

• Log and track support requests through the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.

• Communicate clearly and timely to leadership any issues, requests, or projects that may impact the organization internally and externally, providing resolutions and benefits of changes.

• Stay updated on industry knowledge, trends, and member experience features, proposing products and services that can add value to the organization.

• Act as the lead for case management, patches, and updates for systems, applications, and third-party vendors.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business unit leaders, teams, and vendors, serving as the primary technical and tactical contact with vendors for products.

• Collaborate with all departments to identify improvements and recommendations to benefit the organization.

• Follow established change management processes.

• Create and maintain documents for new processes and procedures.

Requirements • Demonstrated ability in Application Support and Application Development.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in working with Database and Microsoft technologies.

• Expertise in Active Directory management.

• Sound understanding of Computer Hardware.

• Knowledge of Configuration Management processes.

• Strong experience in System Integration and System Integration Testing.

• Experience working with Digital Channels is highly desirable.

• Must have excellent problem-solving skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
