Working hours: 6.30am to 2.30pm

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a crucial role in the filling and packing of materials, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained at all times. You will also be responsible for preparing laboratory equipment for use in the production areas. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that values performance, quality, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow Production Operating Instructions (POIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within required timescales.

• Maintain quality standards for all work performed.

• Adhere to department and company procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

• Ensure calibration of equipment according to SOPs.

• Recognize and report problems and deviations.

• Participate in continuous improvement programs across the site.

Requirements:

• GCSE standard of education, or equivalent, with a focus on English and Maths.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferable.

• Ability to undertake physical activities and operate various pieces of equipment.

• Collaborative individual with a flexible and optimistic attitude towards work.

• Basic IT skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in packing roles or operating machinery is desirable.
