Job Title: Plumber

Job Description

Geisinger Medical Center, a large hospital trauma center in Danville, PA, seeks facilities support. The plumber will maintain and repair air, vacuum, and piped gas lines and equipment, including pumps, tanks, and dryers. They will also maintain and repair domestic water piping and equipment, such as pumps, tanks, coils, and water heaters, and handle steam piping and distribution equipment, including reducing stations, valves, heaters, and sterilizing equipment.

Hard Skills

• Experience as a plumber (ideally 5+ years)

• Piping whole houses

• Installing faucets and showers

• Installing boilers

• Soldering and making connections

Soft Skills

• Positive attitude

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Danville, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Group of 40+ facilities techs in a very large hospital facility
