TIG Welder
Job Description
Perform TIG welding on various material types based on customer specifications. Visually inspect parts and materials during the production process. Utilize basic computer skills for job-related tasks. Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications. Use calipers, micrometers, height stands, and indicators for measurements. Maintain daily housekeeping and adhere to 6S duties. Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintain daily housekeeping and adhere to 6S duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Prior TIG welding experience (at least 1+ year).
Demonstrated ability with basic math skills.
Demonstrated mechanical ability/knowledge.
Experience with aluminum and stainless steel welding.
Experience with fixture/out of position welding.
Ability to use tape measure, calipers, micrometers.
Mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Successful completion of internal welding certifications using different types of material from .010 - .060 thick in various welding positions.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills are preferred.
Knowledge/experience with calipers, micrometers, height stands, and indicators for measurements (preferred).
Ability to interpret blueprints and customer specifications.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00
