Massachusetts Employer Lead Preschool Teacher in Danvers, Massachusetts
We are a half-day program seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and strong communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to lead and inspire young minds in a nurturing, educational, fun, play-based learning environment. Duties include - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our philosophy and curriculum objectives of play based learning - Provide education and strategies to support children\'s learning - Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes child welfare and healthy childhood development - Collaborate with staff to create a stimulating learning environment - Conduct assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly based on the needs of the children -Keeping the classrooms clean and organized Job Qualifications Massachusetts EEC lead teacher certification for preschool Experience working with children Lesson planning
