Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Danvers, Massachusetts

Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst, based in Danvers, Massachusetts. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be instrumental in addressing user issues and ensuring seamless technology operations. You will be part of a team that supports systems and software, resolves technical issues, and contributes to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer hardware, software, and other computer-related technologies

• Assist in the configuration management and deployment of new systems and software

• Utilize Active Directory for user account management and access control

• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the EO/IR system and company database

• Handle computer imaging processes and ensure accurate system configurations

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Apple Devices and other technology hardware

• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization.

Requirements • Applicant must possess knowledge and proficiency in Active Directory

• Familiarity with Apple devices and their troubleshooting is required

• Previous experience or understanding of computer hardware is necessary

• Skills in configuration management are essential

• Experience in software and hardware deployments will be advantageous

• Familiarity with computer imaging techniques and software is desirable

• Entry-level candidates are welcome as no minimum years of experience is required

• Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset are necessary

• Strong communication skills to effectively assist and guide users

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and trends

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties effectively

• Excellent customer service skills are required

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
