Topgolf Senior Software Engineer in Danderyd, Sweden

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.

  • Develop and implement engineering solutions, utilizing state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.

  • Identify and address technical challenges and risks, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure the reliability and performance of engineering solutions.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

  • Participate in design reviews and collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and optimize engineering designs.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing engineering projects, preferably in a senior role.

  • Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in relevant engineering disciplines.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
