Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The primary function of the Training Consultant is to provide the coordination and delivery of technical training for Consultants within Global Talent Mobility (GTM). In addition, the Trainer, along with management, is responsible for properly assessing training needs of new and existing Employees. Assist Managers in assessing strengths and developmental needs of Employees and provide timely, clear and objective coaching.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicates/coordinates training for all newly hired Client Services Consultants as well as ongoing training for current team members.

  • Plans, designs, develops, delivers and consults on the design of training and instructional programs identified by management/company, using virtual instructor-led, train-the-trainer, electronic/web-based, and/or multimedia training methods and formats.

  • Provides one-on-one training for team members when needed.

  • Provides feedback to management team on technical and behavioral employee training issues/needs.

  • Partners with other Training Consultants to identify and develop direction on common training issues.

  • Participates in special projects as needed

  • Must be available for travel if needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree preferred

  • 3-5 years relocation experience, Domestic and International preferred

  • Prior experience in Client Services & knowledge of related systems preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated presentation skills

  • Demonstrated organizational and multitasking skills

INTERVIEW REQUIREMENT:

Candidates will be required to conduct a virtual training session/presentation, as part of the interview process.
