Job Title: MIG Welder
Location: Heber Springs, AR
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various types of metal parts and assemblies.
- Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to set up welding operations.
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain it in good working condition.
- Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet company standards for strength and quality.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MIG welding techniques, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols.
- Knowledge of welding materials and alloys.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certification or training in welding techniques (preferred).
