Marketing Operations Engineer

Position Overview

The Marketing Operations Engineer will play a key role in the documentation and implementation of SOPs, driving change, and managing marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between various teams, departments, an d optimizing the use of marketing technology. This role is designed for someone with strong technical project management skills and a deep passion for continuous improvement and process-driven workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the marketing, business operations, and enablement teams to understand business requirements and technical solutions to drive alignment

• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and drive implementation

• Develop and implement scalable SOPs for workflows within the marketing , enablement, and business departments to improve operational efficiency

• Develop and implement SOPs for workflows involving our marketing technology platforms to improve operational efficiency , in collaboration with the Marketing Technical Specialist

• Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes and procedures

• Utilizing project management tools and methodologies , manage marketing projects from inception to completion including reporting, tracking, and planning

• Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in project management

• 2+ years of experience in marketing operations or process engineering

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills

• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects

• Experience with process improvement methodologies

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
