Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Northwest Georgia. This role plays a crucial part in our industry, where you'll be tasked with handling and auditing accounts, managing profit and loss statements, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of QuickBooks accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare profit and loss statements for detailed financial reporting and analysis.

• Handle Balance Sheet Reconciliation, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and up-to-date.

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure all payments are made in a timely manner.

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure all payments are received and properly recorded.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role

• Proficient in auditing and maintaining accurate financial records

• Experience in profit and loss analysis

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Demonstrated ability in balance sheet reconciliation

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all work

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

• Good communication skills for reporting financial information

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
