Salad and Go Workday (HCM/Finance) IT Manager in Dallas, Texas

Salad and Go is seeking an Workday IT Manager to lead and collaborate across the organization in order to effectively implement, integrate, and support Workday for Finance and HCM.
As the Workday IT Manager, you will:
Provide oversight, project management, and technical guidance during planning, implementation and support across the Workday ecosystem of Finance and HCM
Prioritize and manage IT activities including tenant management and monitoring success of day to day operations
Effectively manage a diverse team of vendors and contractors to develop requirements, security, and integrations
Serve as the project manager to ensure projects (new modules, etc.) are completed on time / budget, and with superior quality
Evaluate solution architecture and provide recommendations
Build strong relationships with our business partners
Ensure requirements are identified and well defined
Continuously evaluate resourcing option (hire, contract, outsource)
Identify tools, processes and techniques to improve efficiency and quality
Provide accurate annual projections of licensing and resource costs
Minimum Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of leadership experience (Workday required)
2-4 years of Workday HCM and Finance Systems experience
Experience developing and effectively managing budgets
Experience with oversight and technical guidance of Workday integrations and security
Experience in project management of new module implementations
Preferred experience in retail or QSR
