In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI, and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.

Dive right in as part of our Web Marketing teams to use your knowledge to influence our website experience, online strategy, technical content, data analytics, and more. You will gain exposure to TI’s Worldwide Marketing teams and businesses, and play a key role in serving customer needs to drive revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to lead and execute multiple strategic marketing projects, and receive personal coaching and mentoring from a team of industry-leading professionals.

As part of the Web Marketing Career Accelerator, you will also get exposure to other disciplines such as: Digital Experience and Analytics, Technical Content Specialist, User Experience Design, Web Technology, and more. You will have opportunities to collaborate with a diverse group of global stakeholders across the company including other marketing teams, technical experts, communications, and sales while you receive formal learning, projects and on-the-job development experiences helping you broaden your knowledge and accelerate your growth and success at TI.

The digital experience operations and analytics team at TI is responsible for the collection of data to deliver actionable insights, and operationalize those actions into a positive digital experience for the customer via sales automation, marketing automation, personalization and segmentation.

This program is geared towards individuals who have an interest in:

  • Leveraging data to guide the creation and optimization of sales and marketing programs to drive business roadmaps.

  • Improving how we collect, join and analyze data across our customer touch-points such as TI.com and promotional content.

  • Developing an understanding of how to use the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and other marketing technology to create audience segments and deliver a customer-focused experience across digital channels.

  • Enabling fast reporting by building an ecosystem that allows for quick access to valuable insights, and training teams to use this ecosystem effectively.

  • Analyzing key performance indicators to provide improvement recommendations for sales and marketing programs.

  • Experimenting to find the best approach, looking for innovative solutions, and challenging the status quo!

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Marketing Research & Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Digital Marketing, Analytics, Web Design & Development, User Experience Design, Technical Communications, Engineering or Computer Science with focus in marketing, or related degree.

  • Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience or basic proficiency with high-level programming languages (python, Java)

  • Experience or basic proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

  • Experience or basic proficiency with martech platforms (CDPs, ESPs, CRMs, Marketo, Eloqua)

  • Internship experience in a similar field

  • Strong analytical skills and curious mindset

  • Capable of multi-tasking and handling conflicting priorities

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while effectively communicating progress updates vertically and laterally

  • Ability to communicate complex topics to variety of stakeholders

  • Can make progress in an ambiguous environment
