Trust Real Estate Client Assistant Senior The Trust Client Assistant Senior supports Trust Real Estate Regional Property Managers with various routine and non-routine administrative support functions to provide exceptional customer service. Position Competencies Successful incumbents possess real property experience, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, exceptional organizational skills, effective verbal and written communication, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Position Responsibilities: * Review new real estate assets and set up new files with pertinent information for the account and related property. * Create Setup, Transfer and Removal memos for each property. * Code invoices and rental/owners draw payments for processing by Operations unit. * Order tri-annual and date of death appraisals. * Maintain Tax Cost and Market Values for the various properties. * Assist Property Managers with construction and maintenance vendor sourcing, bid requests and payments. * Assist Property Managers with insurance claims and client relations. * Assist Property Manager with administrative functions of property sale and acquisitions. * Proactive and reactive contact with assigned client base for routine requests as well as crisis resolution and problem solving. * Follow up to ensure processes are completed in a timely manner.
