To support our growth, we are looking to add motivated and hard-working salespersons to our Recruiting team.
The Atlas Recruiter is responsible for cultivating strong relationships with medical professionals (RN’s, therapist, etc…) and placing them in assignment locations that excite them. This career opportunity requires a highly motivated individual who is driven by creating lasting relationships and continuously growing their Traveler portfolio.
We have a new branch office in the Dallas / Fort Worth area and are considering qualified and exceptional candidates to help us build a strong local presence in this exciting market area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Work to deliver a strong candidate slate, continuously building talent pipelines to ensure there are multiple, qualified, candidates at all times.
Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and determine who to move forward in the recruitment process.
Ensure candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their submittal process.
Prepare candidates for interviews, coaching them on logistical information, interview schedule and overall expectations.
Partner with Client Manager to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
Articulate a job offer to candidate and drive for candidate acceptance, anticipating and negotiating counteroffers as appropriate.
Assist and support the healthcare professional through the complete placement process - which includes submittal, interview, acceptance, compliance, travel, assignment, and retention.
Support Compliance and the Client Manager through the employment process and services as needed.
Actively listen and address questions in a professional and mature manner.
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
Attend and participate in scheduled meetings and events.
Contribute to team effort and company culture in a positive and respectful manner.
Be a company ambassador and advocate at all times.
