  • ​This job is a member of the Finance Team within the Finance Division.

  • Responsible for ​performing the day to day functions within the AP Operations team.

What you'll do

  • Serves as an escalation point of contact for specialists to assist in resolving more complexed vendor payable issues and accounts

  • Works with internal and external customers on escalated vendor issues with all departments necessary for timely resolution

  • Directs the training of new hires

  • Prepares and reviews weekly reporting of email stats and discuss with AP Manager

  • Administers the email workflow system and act as a liaison between the specialists and the IT group as needed

  • Identifies process improvements and work with manager to implement new procedures

  • Performs other necessary duties and special projects as assigned
