Job Description

Insight Global is seeking at Senior Systems Platform Engineer specializing in Windows, Mac, and Mobile devices to join the Digital Workplace team of a global banking organization. This person can sit out of the Dallas, Texas or Salt Lake City office. The candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, securing, managing, troubleshooting and monitoring desktop, laptop, and mobile devices and client applications in an enterprise environment using Modern Desktop Management solutions. Additionally, the candidate will lead research and development efforts pertaining to new features and capabilities.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Strategize, Design, Plan, implement, operate and maintain certain system hardware & operating systems, software applications and Technology infrastructure

-Provide assistance with Operating System & Application planning, business information analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of experience working in global enterprise technology environments and managing large-scale end-point OS deployments

-Hands on experience managing Windows desktops, preferably with Azure AD, and Intune

-Broad experience in managing MDM & MAM Enterprise solutions like MEM, MECM, Intune, Jamf, Google Admin etc.

-Understanding and familiarity in two or more of the following languages: Basic, Powershell, Shell,

-Bachelors and or Masters (or higher) degree in a technical field null
