Netsync Network Solutions Staging Specialist in Dallas, Texas
Detailed Description
The Netsync Network Staging Specialist is an integral part of the Netsync delivery process. This role is a combination of project coordinator and technical team member. This role helps drive delivery efficiency by providing pre-deployment device configuration and inventory. Providing sound communication and driving deadlines is a key part to this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Must have Strong Excel Skills
Understanding of the Cisco product family
Ability to understand Layer 1 and Layer 2 connectivity
Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Must be an effective communicator
Perform Cisco IOS Upgrades
Perform Cisco hardware configuration
Additional Duties:
Frequent use of hand and power tools
Conduct and participate in meetings (external and internal)
Work through warranty process for hardware
Skills and Experience:
Previous technical experience preferred
Computer proficiency required
Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements:
Must have a HS diploma, with clean driving record and ability to plass rigorous background checks
