Fujitsu Sr. SAP FICO with S4 HANA in Dallas, Texas

Experience & Skill Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years SAP consulting experience with at least 8 years in Financial Accounting (FI) and Management Accounting (CO)

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and SAP S/4HANA projects (Greenfield, Brownfield or Selective Data Transfer) with at least 2 full end-to-end projects preferably on SAP S/4HANA 2020 – 2023 On Premise or Private Cloud Edition (PCE)

  • Working knowledge on migration and transformation of SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA

  • Expertise in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting (FI), Management Accounting (CO), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury and Risk Management (TRM)

  • Expert understanding on integration of the various components within the Financial Accounting (FI) module such as General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), New Asset Accounting (FI-AA New), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and Treasury Management (TRM), as well as their integration with other SAP Modules

  • Deep understanding on the integration of the components within the Management Accounting (CO) module such as Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Order Related Accounting (OPA), Account Based Profitability Analysis (ABCOPA), Project Systems (PS), Product Costing, and Material Ledger, as well as their integration with other SAP Modules.

  • Working knowledge of the different use scenarios of SAP S/4HANA Central Finance.

  • Good understanding and experience with Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud – Planning, Document Reporting and Compliance, Tax Compliance and Reporting. Advanced Credit Management, Collections and Disputes Management, and Cash Management,

  • Deep understanding of the Business Partner concept, Bank Account and Cash Management including Cash Position, Cash Flow Analysis, and Liquidity Forecasting/Planning

  • Experience utilizing SAP Best Practices and SAP Fit-To-Standard approach in order to align customer business requirements with SAP FI and CO functional capabilities.

  • Good cross module integration knowledge and end-to-end process knowledge in the areas of Order-To-Cash (OTC), Procure-To-Pay (PTP), Plan-To Produce, and Record-To-Report (RTR).

  • Experience in multiple industries preferred such as Discrete, Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense.

  • Experience in implementations using SAP Activate methodology

  • Extensive experience facilitating Fit-To-Standard, Process and design workshops, process analysis and mapping, functional specification development, sap application configuration, testing, training, go live and support.

  • Experience preparing for and facilitating Fit to Standard sessions, Explore Phase Design Workshop, Business Blueprint and Functional Process Design Documents and Functional Specifications.

  • Experience in Data Migration strategies and execution. Extensive experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting, Controlling and Treasury is desired

  • Results driven, team oriented, adaptable to different client situations and quick in learning new skills and methods.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Deep understanding of Agile concept of Project Delivery - SAFe Certification helpful
