Position Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making. This position will analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while demonstrating a proactive and strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools such as Power BI.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, trends, and variances, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning efforts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Provide financial guidance and recommendations to management to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

  • Work closely with branch locations to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

  • Utilize financial systems such as Power BI, Adaptive, and Workday for data extraction and analysis.

  • Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess financial performance, profitability, and growth opportunities.

  • Build strong relationships with divisional leaders to serve as a strategic finance partner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a company with $1B+ in revenue .

  • Experience in distribution or multi-unit retail is preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal).

  • Self-starter with the ability to work in structured and unstructured environments, proactively analyzing financial results.

  • Ability to interact at all organizational levels, including support center teams, branch locations, and senior leadership.

  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations.

  • Experience with Power BI, Adaptive, and Workday is preferred.

  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
