We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Strategist to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing and engaging top healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our hospitals and clinics.

As a critical partner in our Talent Acquisition strategy, you will leverage multiple sourcing methods and technologies to identify, connect with, and build pipelines of qualified candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience that reflects our talent brand and values of compassion, excellence, and innovation.

Your Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or Equivalent experience.

Experience:

Required: 3 years (+/-) of experience in talent sourcing and strategy.

Preferred: Previous experience with a hospital or healthcare system and working within and helping grow a talent brand.

Your Job Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing

Proactively source and identify candidates for healthcare positions using various tools and platforms, including Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, employee referrals, social media, etc.

Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and niche roles

Engagement and Relationship Building

Initiate and foster meaningful connections with passive and active candidates, articulating the value of joining Methodist.

Partner closely with Manger of Talent Brand and Sourcing, Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Partners to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

Market Research and Strategy

Conduct competitive market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in healthcare sourcing.

Leverage data to inform sourcing strategies and improve effectiveness in reaching diverse, qualified talent pools.

Talent Branding

Actively promote Methodist’s talent brand by highlighting our culture, career advancement opportunities, and commitment to excellence.

Collaborate with Manger of Talent Brand and Sourcing to create compelling candidate outreach messaging and materials.

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the sourcing process.

Track sourcing activity, measure ROI, and provide regular updates on progress and metrics to Talent Acquisition leadership.
