Job Description:

Responsible for hardware and software support for various systems within Facilities Management. Includes configuration and maintenance of servers, computers, printers, biometric time clock, and other devices and systems. Supports multiple software systems, including work management software, timekeeping software, energy management system, mobile device management, and multiple database systems.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent IT certifications with 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution

  • MCSA Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 and 2022

  • Experience with administration and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server, server virtualization, supporting Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases, providing Windows 7 – 11 technical support, setup, repair, and maintaining computer hardware and software in an Active Directory network environment, and project management.

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows Server Operating Systems, and Windows Operating Systems.

  • Experience with Apple IOS .
