We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Big data organization and lead the delivery of large technology initiatives to ensure B2B experiences developed by Amazon Business exceeds our customer expectations.

As a TPM, you will work with a large number of business units, builder teams, and partner teams to drive the adoption of solutions that support builder teams across Amazon Business throughout their software development journey. To be successful, you must be comfortable driving cross-team efforts and making independent decisions about your program. You will provide clear vision and direction for diverse engineering and business leaders, and connect experts across disciplines to develop solutions that would otherwise not be feasible. Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience

  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
