Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Provide impeccable, timely support across all facets of accounting, with a keen focus on A/P, A/R, and comprehensive financial reporting.

• Harness your mastery of Excel and SAGE accounting software for a range of projects that call for both skill and savvy computer use.

• Lead the charge in the accounting cycle, backed by a talented staff member, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

• Channel your GAAP expertise to produce flawless accounting documentation that adheres to industry standards.

• Commandeer the entire A/P and A/R process, seamlessly overseeing other financial areas and managing two talented direct reports.

• Master the art of compiling financial reports, expertly handling fixed assets, and expertly reconciling bank transactions.

• Drive innovation by reviewing and suggesting new processes that will elevate our accounting function, positioning us for sustained growth.

• Embrace a diverse range of tasks, especially those that bolster our accounting operations.

Skills That Set You Apart:

• Excel Mastery: Pivot Tables and V-Lookups

• Full Cycle Accounting Experience: (3+ years)

• General Ledger Wizardry

• Bank Reconciliation Expertise

• Payroll Proficiency

• Balance Sheet Mastery

• GAAP Know-How

• Fixed Assets Management

• Proven Track Record as an Accountant: (3+ years)
