What we're looking for in a Regional Sales Manager:

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the South Central US region. Wilson Electronics is experiencing significant demand for our Enterprise line of in-building cellular amplification technology. The Regional Sales Manager is an individual contributor field sales role responsible for developing, building, and managing key telecommunications customer relationships within the assigned region consisting of TX, OK, LA, and AR. T he RSM will focus on the WilsonPro product line (https://www.wilsonpro.com/) and coordinate the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives, including the achievement of product sales and solution sales goals.

This position is fully remote. We prefer candidates located in Texas or the South Central defined region, and near a major airport, with significant travel expected. #LIremote

A day on the job may include:

  • Executing the complete sales cycle, from generating sales leads, coordinating sales activities, and required resources for solution development, to negotiating and closing.

  • Assessing key decision-makers' needs and develops a plan of action to meet customer needs with WilsonPro products and services.

  • Coordinating the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives; including achievement of product sales/solution sales goals.

  • Managing the ongoing account relationships. Maintains account presence by providing value-added services and maintaining professional relationships with key customer personnel. Understands customer's business, technology and product requirements and appropriately matches Wilson Electronics and WilsonPro solutions to meet customer needs.

  • Demonstrating significant expertise in assigned product lines and ability to explain technical issues. Has a broad knowledge of the WilsonPro product line. Favorably influences product selection in targeted accounts with appropriate sales messaging.

  • Engaging appropriate internal resources to support sales pursuits.

  • Performing revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, and other related sales administrative tasks to grow financial objectives. Provides information and reports, as required, to inform management of sales progress and success.

  • Supporting and participating in individual and team sales initiatives where applicable by gathering and communicating pertinent information for assigned accounts. Shares sales leads with sales colleagues for products that are assigned to other sales resources in the region/territory and other product lines.

  • Travel up to 50%

    This job may be for you if you meet these essential requirements:

  • You must have previous sales experience with Cellular Repeaters and Amplifiers and/or In-building Wireless/DAS sales

  • You must currently reside in the assigned territory of TX, OK, LA and AR . We will not consider applicants who live outside this territory.

  • You must be available to travel up to 50%

    And if you have the following skills:

  • Proven record of technical learning ability, with demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the wireless industry and technologies, and familiarity with the latest and upcoming trends

  • Extensive knowledge of the competitive marketplace, industry trends, competitive initiatives, etc., to convert and identify opportunities from existing business, and identify new business opportunities

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time management, and organizational skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Ability to gather and communicate pertinent industry information to support and participate in team sales initiatives

  • Ability to effectively call on and develop strong customer relationships within all customer levels up to and including the corporate level

  • Excellent ability to work independently with little supervision

  • Demonstrated selling skills

  • Account Planning/Forecasting skills

  • Product/Service/Solution knowledge

  • Customer/Account/Market/Industry knowledge
