Job Description:
The Program Manager will work closely with the Undergraduate Program Director on various aspects of program management. Key responsibilities include assisting with student management, student recruiting, and working with faculty and campus administration to support the degree program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; Three to five years experience in a field relevant to the program; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Adaptable and able to quickly and effectively develop and balance multiple relationships, and get results from a variety of people
Presentation and facilitation skills
Project and time management skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
Strong initiative, drive for results, and self-assessment skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of social media and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Must be comfortable working with youth and adults
Ability to create professional flyers for various events
Strong interpersonal skills, customer relationship management skills, and flexibility are a must
Master’s degree with a concentration or major in Information Technology.
Three to five years of experience in a field relevant to the program
Prior IT work experience preferred.
