Marley Spoon is bringing delightful, market fresh and easy cooking back to the people. Our chefs create inspiring and mouthwatering recipes every week. Our customers select the recipes they would like to cook on our website or through the app. At our fulfilment centers we build their individual meal kit with all the recipes and ingredients our customers need. The final product gets conveniently delivered directly from our fulfilment center to their doorstep.

The Production Analyst - US reports directly to the Head of People Production - US and will:
Building and developing Production systems and tools to be used in the organization, with a major focus on:
Near time production reporting
Quality error trending and data mining;
Constantly review strategies with your lead to achieve the targets on your Key Performance Indicators for automation, models accuracy and tasks completion;
Maintaining and developing the models and tools to support our US Operations teams in their daily workflows;
Gathering, manipulating and transforming data from different sources to generate meaningful reports for senior management and improve workflows across the teams;
Lead small analytics projects to improve the efficiency and accuracy of small sets of tasks or workflows
Support, train and advise all Operations related professionals in analytics inquiries, driving operational excellence across the board.
Support your team lead on defining the next steps on developing the analytics stack strategy in Marley Spoon
Gradually develop to act as the Key person in all analytics related activities in the US business
Operations and/ or STEM related graduate;
Previous experience in an Operations related role: operations supervision, production planning, scheduling, materials management experience preferably;
At least 2-year experience in an analytical role;
Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets;
Experience on creating and maintaining dashboards in a BI Tool (Looker preferred)
Experience at spearheading small projects to success and managing stakeholders’ expectations
Process and information flow understanding;
Strong problem solving & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail;
Team player and good communication skills with a passion to always learn more and share your knowledge with others;
Entrepreneurial-minded and self-starter that likes to own his personal projects and get his hands dirty;
Great Bonus (if you have them great, if not, we will help you build this skills):
Experience in building and maintaining Tools used by multiple stakeholders using a diversified tech tack: Google Sheets, Zoho Creator, Excel, Python, etc.
Proficiency with ETL processes and data relationship models and structures;
Proficiency on writing SQL queries to provide data-based decisions to your stakeholders;
Google Apps Script / VBA knowledge;
Any other programming language knowledge (Python, R, etc.);
