The Regional Service Operations Manager reports to the Director of Service and works closely with the Regional Vice President. This role will be responsible for growing service-related revenue, controlling fleet maintenance within the designated areas as well as supporting Branch Managers with budgeting processes, developing annual goals and objectives, quality audits, employee development, training, implementing the company’s safety program and ensuring policies and procedures are followed. This position requires a self-motivated individual with an excellent safety-minded attitude, strong multitasking skills and experience in the strategic planning process.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated success as a service manager and achieving service sales goals and objectives

• 5 years of previous service experience in the commercial construction industry

• Safety oriented attitude

• Strong organizational planning and time management skills

• Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in MS office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook

• Ability to utilize technology such as a Smartphone/iPad to achieve desired results

• Safety oriented attitude a must

• Ability to travel 60-70% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree ore experience of equal value in applied discipline preferred

• Rental company experience preferred
