Texas Instruments is looking for motivated interns with a passion for process development and innovation to work with one of several different teams and fabrication sites to enable next generation technology. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who enjoy a technical challenge working with equipment, processes, and process integration. This position provides hands on opportunities to characterize processes and enhance techniques used by the process team to develop analog and embedded memory semiconductors for critical markets.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :
Design of Experiments (DOE) methods to characterize variables
Material qualification and development of testing methods
Leading projects and influencing cross functional teams
Data analysis and analytical technics to quantify impact
Develop and implement methodologies to improve characterization efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvements
Teamwork interacting with a wide variety of teams (Integration, Manufacturing, Planning)
Basic programing experience to efficiently collect data and streamline analysis
Strong communication and presentation skills to present experiment results

Minimum Requirements:
Currently pursuing Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics or related field
Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA
