Description

We are in the process of expanding our team with the addition of a Sr. Property Accountant in our N. Dallas office. The successful candidate will be working within the commercial real estate industry, based in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities:

GAAP Full cycle accounting for multiple RE entities

Journal entries, accruals

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

CAM Reconciliations

Month End

Approval of AP/AR

Coordination with Auditors, tax preparers

Assist in Cash forecasting

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in RE accounting.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of MRI software is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of integrity and dependability.
