What you will do
As a member of the PGIM Real Estate Systems team, you will work to develop and support a range of custom real estate and finance applications in a fast-paced setting. Our ideal candidate will have a background in full-stack development of complex applications in a cloud environment.
- Maintaining and developing an existing framework for web-based applications.
- Providing architectural and design expertise as needed.
- Conducting peer code reviews.
- Working closely with product stakeholders to define complex business requirements.
- Providing application production support as needed.
What you will bring
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years experience in full-stack web development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in cross-functional team collaboration
- Strong skills in translating business requirements into technical specifications, debugging, and resolving complex issues.
- Proficiency in the following:
- .NET Framework/Core: C#, .NET ecosystem, ASP.NET, Web APIs, Entity Framework
- Front-End Development: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, RxJS, and state management libraries
- Database: MS SQL Server, complex SQL queries, database performance.
- Version Control: Git, Git workflows, branching, merging, and pull requests.
What will set you apart?
- Build and Deployment: CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins), containerization tools like Docker.
- Cloud Services: Azure or AWS; Experience with deploying and managing applications in the cloud; Certifications are a plus
- Architecture and Design:
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices.
- Experience developing mobile web application is a plus
- Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, and experience in architecture and design discussions.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, contributing to team discussions and code reviews.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $125,000 to $150,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
