Description We are in search of a Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will utilize your skills in case management, personal injury law, and business development to manage high volume client intakes and pre-litigation cases. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high volume client intake effectively and efficiently

• Oversee pre-litigation case management with a strong focus on personal injury cases

• Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

• Leverage your business development skills for client and business growth

• Resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate actions as required

• May require bilingual communication skills for client interaction. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM software to effectively manage client information and maintain relationships.

• Extensive experience in Case Management, demonstrating the ability to oversee a portfolio of personal injury cases and ensure successful resolution.

• In-depth knowledge of Personal Injury Law, including understanding of the legal procedures and terminology involved.

• Experience in representing Personal Injury Plaintiffs, demonstrating the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.

• Strong Business Development Skills, showcasing the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for case acquisition and firm growth.
