Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

We are looking for Material Clerks to ship and receive parts, materials, and equipment, while also replenishing inventory in the computer system. You will be responsible for verifying visible damage to packages, ensuring all items received comply with federal regulations and company policies regarding quality, documentation, and traceability, including part number, serial number, and shelf life. Additional tasks include performing self-life audits, building or relocating shelving, and conducting cycle counts. This position is located at Love Field Airport.

Responsibilities

  • Ship and receive parts, materials, and equipment.

  • Replenish inventory in the computer system.

  • Verify visible damage to packages.

  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies regarding quality, documentation, and traceability.

  • Perform self-life audits.

  • Build or relocate shelving.

  • Conduct cycle counts.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in parts, materials, inventory, and stocking.

  • Skill in material handling and handling parts and materials.

  • Proficiency in computer skills.

  • Experience in loading and inventory management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months+ experience in an inventory department or warehouse.

  • Customer service skills.

  • Great attention to detail.

  • High School diploma.

  • Willingness and ability to obtain DOT / IATA certifications within 60 days of start date (training provided).

Work Environment

This role involves working indoors in a warehouse setting. The dress code includes a t-shirt, work pants, and steel toe boots.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, Texas.

Shift

3rd shift. 10p-6:30a. Days off Wednesday and Thursday, weekend required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
