Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a M& A Analytics Manager based in Dallas, Texas. You will have a key role in our team, with duties centered around handling financial analyses, projections, and valuations of potential acquisition targets. You will also be tasked with leading the due diligence process for acquisition targets and analyzing actual results against the budget for projects.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process financial analyses, projections, and valuations for potential acquisition and relocation targets.

• Lead the due diligence process, inclusive of creating detailed work plans and coordinating significant milestones.

• Foster relationships with and offer critical support to Development and Operations.

• Conduct a comparison of actual results to budget for projects post-close, which includes variance analysis and key measures.

• Execute ad hoc analyses to evaluate growth opportunities and support key corporate initiatives.

• Utilize skills such as CRM and Data Mining Techniques to optimize the budget processes and accounting functions.

• Use 3M, Concur, and Crystal Reports tools for auditing and annual budget preparation.

• Apply 'About Time' tool in tracking and improving operational efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M

• Experience with Concur

• Competency in CRM use and management

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports

• Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques

• Ability to use About Time software

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in preparing and managing an Annual Budget

• Proficiency in Auditing processes

• Knowledge of Budget Processes
