The Lead Tax Manager is responsible for Latin America, Caribbean and Canada local country tax compliance, reporting and identifying opportunities to minimize the organizations tax liabilities.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for specific local country direct and indirect tax operations and reporting.

• Conducts research to advise management of tax implications of activities including regular international tax operations, M&A transactions, internal restructurings, cross-border treasury transactions.

• Conducts and documents moderately complex tax audits.

• Responsible for meeting all required deadlines.

Education: A Bachelors degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant Tax experience. Bilingual (English, Spanish) is strongly preferred.
