Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Junior Risk Coordinator to join one of our largest financial service clients sitting onsite in Dallas, TX or remotely in Mexico. This person will be joining the Enterprise Technology and Operations team, working closely with Technology Infrastructure, Application, Risk Management and Corporate Services teams to coordinate and ensure the smooth execution of Technology (application and Infrastructure) events (building power down, Disaster Recovery testing, etc.) as well as work on team projects to improve the effectiveness of such programs across the US, Asia, Bengaluru, and EMEA regions. This person should possess a solid understanding of core Infrastructure concepts (networks, servers, databases, storage, applications, etc.), as well as have a strong understanding of cyber security concepts (disaster recovery, ransomware, risk assessments, compliance testing, regulatory, business continuity planning, etc.) This person should be extremely sharp and have the ability to troubleshoot when an issue arises and provide possible alternatives to help establish solutions and confirm remediation of the issue.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field

* Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts (networks, servers, databases, storage, applications, etc.)

* Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts (disaster recovery, ransomware, risk assessments, compliance testing, regulatory, business continuity planning, etc.)

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Ability to correspond with internal stakeholders, problem solve, and manage projects

* Ability to sit 5 days onsite in Dallas, Texas OR Salt Lake City, Utah * Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery Certifications - CBCP, CBCI, DRP, BCP, DRCS, BCM null
