Invoicing and Collections Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts, including but not limited to invoicing, PO tracking, account resolution and working with the client to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Responsible for gathering the necessary data and information for client accounting audits and requirements.
  • Working with the electronic invoicing team to ensure invoicing is accurately disseminated to clients.
  • Auditing accounts to ensure accurate billing and client specific information.
  • Managing total accounts receivable and the unapplied cash reports for the Interim line of business.
  • Support liaison for the operational support group with questions pertaining to aging, client billing, payment policies or procedures etc.
  • Submitting interim invoices to the AP team for payment.
  • Managing the invoicing queue to ensure all invoices are released to the client timely and accurately.
  • Work closely with our corporate AP and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations.
