Inside Sales Account Executive – Home Care
The Inside Sales Account Executive is an inside sales representative responsible for growingthe network of home care agencies that partner with Caregivers.com. This client-facing B2B position nurtures and develops relationships with agency owners and educates them about the value of working with our company.Success is measured by meeting expected sales quotas and adherence to and full adoption of APFM values in all areas of the job. Create a strategic plan to increase partner base nationwide.
Prospecting and cold calling via telephone and Zoom meetings for sales presentations.
Educate potential partners about the services and offerings of Caregivers.com.
Sign on new partners that meet our qualifications and regulatory requirements.
Guide new partners in establishing and activating their accounts.
Deliver ongoing support and ensure partners receive value from our digital lead program.
Keep in consistent communication with your supervisor and prepare reports of weekly accomplishments.
Meet or exceed weekly activity expectations, key performance indicators, and quarterly sales goals.
While this position is not territory based, occasional travel may be required.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Competencies
Industry experience preferred.
Prior experience in telephone sales or telemarketing, in a quota or metrics driven environment: demonstrated history of success in a sales role. Prior success in a commission or bonus structured sales role preferred.
Proven ability to maintain quality relationships with a large number of customer sources via telephone
Clear and articulate phone presence with demonstrated communication and problem solving skills
Strong tech/computer skills, including use of CRMs for data and activity tracking.
Documented history of strong closing skills- will ask for the business
Cold calling experience: 50-70 dials daily
Determination to break down barriers to success
Strong sales and presentation experience.
Proven ability to meet and exceed goals and quotas.
Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent environment
Extremely organized, efficient and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, quota driven environment
Bachelor's degree preferred.
The position is an hourly, non-exempt position with strong bonus potential.
