Hybrid - W2 Contract

We are seeking a dedicated professional for a hybrid W2 contract position in Dallas, TX, involving high-volume recruiting for a leading client in the semiconductor manufacturing sector. This role requires a commitment to working 4-5 days a week onsite, where you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting and possess strong communication skills to ensure a positive candidate experience. Required

• Industry: 2+ years of recruiting experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

• Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree

Salary: $35-40/hr.
