Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter based in Dallas, Texas. This role involves high-volume recruitment for corporate healthcare roles and the proficient use of various tools like Microsoft Office, ADP Workforce Now Applicant Tracking System, and LinkedIn Recruiter. The position is an integral part of our team, providing support in various aspects of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full recruitment process, from sourcing to making offers.

• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter for candidate sourcing and assessment.

• Conduct screening, interviewing, and assessing of potential candidates for corporate healthcare roles.

• Maintain proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Utilize the ADP Workforce Now Applicant Tracking System for efficient recruitment process management.

• Ensure effective communication with candidates and team members throughout the recruitment process.

• Leverage bilingual proficiency in Spanish to cater to a diverse range of candidates.

• Harness strong familiarity with healthcare industry standards and requirements in the recruitment process.

• Implement your knowledge of talent acquisition and corporate recruiting strategies.

• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to compliance and company policies. Requirements • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Careerbuilder

• CRM expertise

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Experience with Applicant Track System

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills

• Experience in the HealthCare Industry

• Knowledge of Pharmacy operations

• Understanding of Call Center Operations

• Experience with HealthCare Insurance

• Background in Corporate Recruiting

• Proficient in Talent Acquisition

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience with Microsoft Word

• Proficient in using Microsoft PowerPoint

• Know-how of Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter

• Proficiency in using Indeed platform
