Robert Half Executive Assistant in Dallas, Texas

Description We are in search of an Executive Assistant in the IT Software industry. This role is based in Dallas, Texas, and involves providing comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing executive schedules, coordinating communications, assisting with sales strategies, and supporting marketing campaigns, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage executive schedules, including organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.

• Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.

• Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executives.

• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies.

• Facilitate sales meetings, presentations, and client interactions.

• Manage customer databases and CRM systems.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

• Foster communication between sales teams and other departments.

• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Assist with content creation for marketing materials, social media, and websites.

• Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Manage marketing budgets and track expenses.

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screenings, and interview scheduling.

• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees.

• Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

• Facilitate employee relations and communication within the organization.

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the IT Software industry

• Proficient in using Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience with 'About Time' software

• Strong skills in Calendar Management

• Ability to handle Correspondence efficiently and professionally

• Experience in supporting C-Suite executives

• Excellent documentation skills

• Familiarity with the IT Software industry's specific needs and challenges

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Proactive approach and ability to anticipate the needs of executives

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
