Texas Instruments (TI) is searching for a trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented person with excellent follow-through skills who can maintain confidentiality, have fun and be highly effective in a dynamic team environment.
This position will provide direct support to a Senior Vice President at Texas Instruments. The ideal candidate will be an effective problem solver, demonstrate good judgment, be a good collaborator and team player, have strong verbal and written skills and be able to communicate with all levels of management.

While not all inclusive, responsibilities of this role include:
Executive support and administration
Manage executive calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Proactively prioritizing meetings and schedules to meet business/leader needs.
Demonstrating professional demeanor in interfacing with senior-level executives, employees, customers, and vendors.
Assist the team with materials preparations and execution of business meetings.
Researching and compiling special reports as needed
Coordinate with other administrative assistants across organization and act as a liason between executives, employees and external partners
Scheduling, travel and logistics
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
Organize agenda, briefings, and supporting materials
Arrange hotels and ground transportation for travelers from international sites to the US
Arrange domestic and complex international travel for organization (including visa support)
Creating and maintaining contacts of a complex nature, both inside and outside TI.
Office and operations management
Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and invoices using financial tools (ex: Concur, SAP)
Support the organization on office supplies, phones and setup for new employees
Maintain organization's collaboration tools (ex: SharePoint, Infolink sites, TI Drive). Build and maintain organizational charts for the worldwide organization
Assist team and plan worldwide meetings, leader offsites, Marketing employee morale events, and employee celebrations
Set up and maintaining employee mailing lists and mail folders
Maintain space (offices and cubicles)

Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma (Associates degree preferred)
5 + years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant (preferably supporting senior executives – C-level, VP, or director level)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with calendar management tools
Familiarity with expense reporting systems (Concur, SAP)
Knowledge of project management tools
Preferred qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting senior managers with global teams
High degree of curiosity to learn about the business, fast learner
Strong balance of ability to work independently and take initiative to drive for results, with close alignment on business leader expectations
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professionalism in handling confidential information
Ability to draft correspondence, presentations, and reports
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Excellent attention to details and demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
