The Office of Financial Aid is looking for a higher education professional with experience in Financial Aid or other Enrollment Management-related administration to fill our Director position. The Director provides management, leadership, support, and coordination for UT Dallas’ Office of Financial Aid, specifically related to customer service, counseling, and communication regarding grants, scholarships, loans, exemptions, and wavers. Responsible for the compliant, accurate, and timely completion of critical tasks and processes including manual awarding and aid adjustments, document acknowledgment, subsequent/suspended ISIR review, scholarship processing and listing, and Office of Financial Aid scholarship applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related progressive experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Seven years of higher education administration experience within Financial Aid, Enrollment Management, or a related area

  • Five years of supervisory experience

  • Previous experience with student information systems such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Banner, or WorkDay, and enterprise content management systems such as Hyland OnBase.
