Travel Required



  • Act as a channel diversification visionary for the organization, leading and building new capabilities to support channel strategies for Beyond Nicotine portfolio.

  • Lead vision and strategy on how to stand-up, support and integrate new to the organization alternative channels (i.e specialty channel, owned branded pop-up stores, hotel distribution)

  • Lead role in identifying new distribution partners and capabilities to support Beyond Nicotine products.

  • Responsible for development of the strategic intent of net-new capabilities to amplify presence, and enhance consumer experience within traditional retail, specialized channels, and digital content integration

  • Lead vision, strategy and marketing plans to support specific channels of distribution.

  • Work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights. Leverage insights to provide commercial recommendations to accelerate channel growth.

  • Responsible for sourcing third-party partners and agencies that can support route to market and go to market strategies.

  • Oversee interaction with Operations Planning to ensure demand forecast is feeding consumer demand.

  • Along with finance, lead pricing and promotional strategy across all brick and mortar channels

  • Responsible for identifying performance metrics and how to measure effectiveness of new sales and distribution channels.


  • Do you have direct experience with CPG wholesalers in TX?

  • Do you have experience with launching a new Brand in new channels?


  • Strong executive presence and leadership skills

  • Significant negotiation skills

  • Exceptional trade marketing and channel strategy experience (Strategic Account/Wholesale)

  • A strong understanding of traditional distribution channels and processes

  • Ability to lead strategies and execution of all customer and trade engagement materials including national customer & trade meeting experiences, educational materials, and selling tools.

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of challenging the status quo

  • Bachelor’s Degree required - marketing specialization is a plus

  • Graduate Degree (MBA) and/ or prior brand marketing experience a plus


  • Exceptional business acumen, with the ability to understand commercial, operational, and financial priorities of the business and align marketing initiatives and resources with the areas of greatest impact.

  • Demonstrated track record of successful, innovative problem solving and leadership that resulted in market share gains and/or business improvement.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
