Duties:

Lead and manage multiple engineering teams for system development including analysis, coding, testing and monitor activities to support project delivery; define strategy to align with product roadmap and make tactical decisions to achieve business results; define and manage project budgets including resource and infrastructure/software costs, talent planning by assessing the current and future needs teams in terms of skills, experience, and potential staffing gaps; develop a strategic workforce plan that aligns with the organization's goals, objectives and budget; oversee candidate screening, interviews, assessing for cultural fit and hiring; collaborate with product managers to develop product functional specifications and document business requirements; work with leadership, business, and stakeholders; outline specific technical deliverables, define project plans and milestones; review business requirements, application architecture, and make recommendations; develop processes that automate the extraction, preparation, and analysis of data to deliver reproducible results and create reusable components; lead initiatives to improve business analytics; deliver high-quality, action-oriented recommendations and insights for decision makers based on data analytics; deliver high-impact reports, visualizations, models, and complex data analysis; identify opportunities to optimize the performance, efficiency of existing processes and overall platform, maintain data integrity and improve data quality; enable product owner to communicate changes to stakeholders by facilitating internal collaboration with technical resources; define a framework for incident management to ensure that production support becomes a self-sufficient function; oversee end-to-end production outage and support intake, triage, resolution, communication, and documentation process; track and manage the development and support ticket queues effectively; triage issues and assignment; manage resources, assign work, conduct regular stand-up calls and weekly team meetings; prepare monthly engineering reports, quarterly planning reports to align with product direction, business needs and present to engineering, product groups and leadership; assist team members to identify and define objectives, key results, and milestones as part of goal setting process; conduct performance evaluations for direct reports and share feedback for continuous improvement; and recommend promotions and merit increases to deserving team members. May telecommute.

Requirements:

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a engineering-related occupation.

Experience must include:
