Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be working closely with various teams, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of product names and brand assets across different channels. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to manage and monitor the naming process of products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Utilize various databases or tracking systems to maintain records of product name approvals.

• Update and organize brand assets such as logos, templates, and brand guidelines.

• Work in tandem with web and design teams to ensure brand consistency online.

• Regularly review marketing materials and customer-facing communications to ensure consistency in tone, visuals, or messaging.

• Collect and analyze data on brand awareness, perception, and engagement.

• Contribute to creating reports and presentations summarizing brand performance.

• Communicate updates to stakeholders and document final approvals.

• Make data-informed recommendations to enhance branding efforts.

• Work with analytics teams to interpret performance insights. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Strong background in Customer Service

• Expertise in Data Entry operations

• Ability to handle Email Correspondence efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in Organizing Files systematically

• Capability to Perform Calculations with accuracy

• Proficiency in Scanning documents and related tasks
