Sabre Convergent Mediation Software Engineer in Dallas, Texas

The SAP Convergent Mediation/Digital Route Developer will be a key member of the Global Business Systems organization with responsibility for servicing Sabre’s business community with billing mediation needs. This position will be responsible to design, develop, deploy , maintain code in SAP Convergent Mediation/Digital Route platform. In addition to establishing and maintaining good working relationships internally, this position will participate in various cross-functional organizational initiatives.

Team

The Convergent Mediation Engineer will support the Billing Data Mediation Team to implement and operationalize various Sabre commercial models and report to the Billing Data Mediation Manager.

Project

At Sabre, we’re passionate about building complex billing solutions to support Sabre's growth initiatives. In this role you will plan, design, develop and test Convergent Mediation code to accurately bill and incentivize Sabre customers.

5+ years experience in design, develop, unit test, validate mediation rules in SAP Convergent Mediation/Digital Route

Extensive knowledge of SQL, DB Concepts

3+ years experience of any databases

Participate in discussions with business leads, gather and understand the billing requirements

Design, develop, document, test, deploy Convergent Mediation objects per business requirements

Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams to implement new billing models

Identify/troubleshoot application and/or code-related issues

Demonstrate creative, strategic thinking and problem solving; able to exercise independent judgment in a highly complex environment using leading-edge technology

Provides status updates to the team on a regular basis

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proven track record of willingness and interest in learning new tools and technologies is necessary

Experience in fast paced Software Development in Agile environment

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Knowledge of cloud based tech/languages, technology stacks, etc.

Proficient English, both written and verbal
