Client Solutions Manager – Full Time, Permanent Role – Hybrid in Dallas, Texas (75240)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Client Solutions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your business development expertise and recruiting background to build strong client relationships, help place the right talent, and drive success for both clients and candidates. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work schedule based in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Grow and develop your own client base by marketing full-time placement solutions. Use your experience in technology and recruiting to engage with clients through phone, video, in-person, and virtual meetings with C-level executives and decision-makers. You will also network through local associations and events to strengthen our company’s presence in the local business community.

• Client & Candidate Management: Match highly qualified candidates to client job openings, maintaining continuous communication to ensure top-tier service for both clients and candidates. Proactively resolve any customer service issues to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly business development targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience: 2+ years of business-to-business development experience, ideally in an IT-related field, or a strong background in recruiting.

• Skills: Proven closing skills, business development, and account management expertise. Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Personal Qualities: A competitive, self-motivated individual with a successful track record of hitting goals.
